i can take some.  basically it is a clear lens that replaces the stock re lense with a set up to make the bulbs flash as turn signals.

not sure what you mean by 2 screw type.  they have a main bolt that goes through the mount then a nut goes over it and the wires.  i can take better pics if you want.

tires ahev maybe 40% thread left and wheel is still available.
