Proud To Be White . . .
                        Someone finally said it.


            How many are actually paying attention to this?


            There are African Americans, Mexican Americans,


        Asian Americans, Arab Americans, Native Americans, etc.


                   And then there are just Americans.


          You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction.


             You Call me "White boy," "Cracker," "Honkey,"


                 "Whitey," "Caveman" .. And that's OK.


   But when someone calls you, Homeboyus Africanus, Kike, Towel head, Sand-Homeboyus Africanus,


    Camel Jockey, Beaner, Gook, or Chink ... You call them a racist.


       You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you,


       So why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?


  You have the United Black man College Fund. You have Martin Luther King


   Day. You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day. You


     Have Yom Hashoah You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi You have the NAACP.


                             You have BET.


   If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) . We'd be racists.


       If we had a White Pride Day .. You would call us racists.


           If we had White History Month ... We'd be racists.


  If we had any organization for only whites to "advance" OUR lives .


                            We'd be racists.


       We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of


     Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce.


                       Wonder who pays for that?


  If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships


   ... You know we'd be racists. There are over 60 openly proclaimed


    Black Colleges in the US , yet if there were "White colleges" .


                    THAT would be a racist college.


     In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching


    For your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights,


                       You would call us racists.


    You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're


   Not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride .


                          You call us racists.


You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer


   Shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer running


From the law and posing a threat to society . You call him a racist.


                              I am proud.


                       But, you call me a racist.


               Why is it that only whites can be racists?


              There is nothing improper about this e-mail.

Yeah, slavery was so long ago, and black people had equal rights 50 years ago (one generation) I mean seriously- no one calls black people the N word, no white people commit crime, and no one who's parents didn't have the opportunity to make a better life for their kids should be compensated. I never see a white person dropping racial slurs, it seems like all I hear is minorities calling white people racial slurs. Every white person I know has been carjacked, robbed and violated by a minority, you are so RIGHT ON. Right on, my white brother

if African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, Asian-Americans, etc...  belive racism is bad in the U.S., they really should take another look at where they originated from and see how race relations are there.  No seriously the U.S. treats minority groups with the utmost respect in comparison with other nations.

Casi, I have to agree with you   When the hell is the last time any white person can remember being called a 'honkey' or 'cracker'.  Hasn't happened to me yet.  On the other side of the spectrum, living in the 'deep south' for a good chunk of my life, I have heard 'ni**er' and 'spick' used quite offensively on a rather frequent basis.  Let's not even start on the arab slurs because I could go on for days..........  And, honestly, some of the sleaziest people I've met are white.  I think that the 'dream' has strayed a little from MLK's 'equal and united' ideal and become a bit, but the equality is still lacking greatly in some regions and until that has been changed I don't see much cause to complain.  When MLK and other movements are brought up, it's hard for me to comprehend as it was well before my lifetime, it is however still very recent history.  Honestly, all American history is still very recent history.

although its not so common to hear as many racial slurs been thrown around at each other these days from all minorities i do think the essence is still there, im sick and tired of hearing your a racist bullshit over nothing, not even a racists slur.

everyone has equal rights because of color these days even if not for other reasons - so let it drop!

I agree with the email 100% I grew up in the ghetto im half white and half mexican but growing up in a mostly black and hispanic school I got called white boy and crap like that. Ill admit I threw around the terms wetback beaner jigaboo monkey  and chicken N&^^%$ and have been in my share of fights. for what some retard who thinks he can say what ever the hell he wants and get away with it but when I say it its offensive . BTW im no racist but I am selective with who I habg out with.

For every one of those you find, I can find 10 more of a crazy white guy saying the same about some other race. The scary thing is that more people take the white dude seriously.
