ignition advancer

looking for this vance & hines igntion advancer.   not advanced enough in mechanics to tackle the timing.  am i gonna find any luck?...  center stand takes 2 people to work...(exp rider tried to stand my bike up to no avail.)..said could be the dealer put a smaller rear tirer on it....sound reasonable?

Sounds like the stock suspension is warn out.I can't use my center stand with the stock suspension,it's to softIf you have factory size tire it should be 130-70-17 rear and 110-70-17 front.I doubt anyone would put smaller tires on a GS.V&H ignition Advancer has been out of production for a long time.You can contact Bob Broussard here or at bobbroussard@x.cx . He only charges $5 to mod your factory ignition rotor,but most people give him a little extra because he basicilly uses the $5 for return shipping.He is located in California.if you have an 01+ the ignition rotor can't be modded, but the plate behind it can be mod to give the advance you want.

He just did several for me recently.

It is the 04+ that cannot be modified.
Common sense in not very common.
