96 gs500 19000 miles engine broke yesterday $900 obo

I think probably the valve(s) broke.  I haven't taken anything apart but i would count on completely rebuilding or bolting a replacement if you can find it.  The rest of the bike is good condition (not wrecked) but isn't pristine.  Previous owner did his own paint work...loooks good from a distance but you'd probably want to redo.  Clean title.  I've had it close to 2 years, have put 9000 miles on it.  4000 of them were on a tour of the northeast this past fall (Nashville as far north as Maine and back).  I'll try to figure out how to post pics tomorrow but thought i'd get a jump on seeing if there is any interest.  Location is Nashville, TN.

Still working on the pics- i don't have internet at home and will have to bribe the IT person to load for me.  Alternatively if anyone has a running engine i'd be interested.  However, it appears more people are looking for engines than frames and i'm looking for the fastest way to get back on the road.  Am i way off on what i'm asking for the bike as is?  i know, i know you need pics.
