OK so i got my hands on an old TCP fairing. I got it cheap enough, but the mounting brackets, headlights and windshield is missing.
Lucky enough the headlights i got on now has the right size, so i should be able to make them fit.
Windshield shouldnt be too hard to make myself either BUT the brackets...
Im not too sure where they go or how.
Anyone able to help me out here?
Pics, drawings, and/or measurements would be great if anyone can provide them :)

Bumpetybump...
No takers for this one?
I managed to dig up a couple of very bad pics, but nothing useful at all.
I also managed to figure out how to fit 2 of the brackets (have 1 and need to make another)
But the front fairing and the brackets for the rear of the engine is still bugging me :(

Did you try calling the manufacturer?  Usually they are (if still in business) pretty helpful in getting instructions etc.

The TCP website lists 4 dealers in Denmark.

Only one of those are willing to help (sort of)  - the suzuki importer.
His advice is buy it through a licensed suzuki dealer :(
Still waiting on the price but its going to suck, like all prices here. Thats why i wanted to make them myself.
Guess ill just have to start saving or try to find a crashed bike to steal em off...

I mean it sounds hard and i spose it could well be but mostly its just time consuming. Ive done lots of custom panel work.

The way i see you doing it is get the headlight mounted, cut the hole in the right place and get it in good position. Then fix it there, so brace it in position. Then what you do is take some thickish card pick parts of the frame to mount from and start your card there, bend it until you have a good shape for a bracket and know how your going to fix it to the fairing and to the frame. Take your template away then measure it out and make it into a proper pattern. Drop it on the metal of your choice - cut and bend, drill relevant holes then stick it on, then fine tune it to get a good fit. Basically thats it - its time consuming and you can only do it by investing time and learning.

Mount the headlight first then mount and lower pieces from that.

Cracks...
Im suffering from the same.
I got it cheap cos it has been repaired and brackects etc is missing. Problem is just that it wasnt properly repaired and the the "care" of the shipping company only made it worse.
Still worth it since i got a newly painted tank and rear covers to go with it XD
Just need to find/make a new windshield and the piece that goes inside the front fairing now.
Then make the brackets.
Not sure if im going to get the fairing repainted, or cheat and get some decals to cover the repaired cracks yet though XD
