Carb Questions.

So, I just removed my carbs (previously installed K&N lunchbox) and have a couple extra hoses. 

I know this sounds like a dumb thread, but can't figure out where these things go.  the extra hosed accounted for are the one from the intake manifod (breather hose) that goes into the top of the air-box and the one from the bottom of the air box.  So there is still one extra hose, that previously ran down the side of the bike.  It appears to be a drain hose but i don't see where it went.  Also, there is one hose coming off the top back of the carbs (which t's at the top attching to both carbs).  From what i understand this is somesort of breather hose and doesn't go to anything.  Any helpo where these hoses go would be greatly appreciated.

Also, does anyone know which wire is the positive one to the blinkers?  I think it is the one with the white stripe but am unsure.
