if you're going to change out your front end, one of the most raved swaps is the katana swap.

you'll get twin disc brakes, much better suspension, and it's a pretty reasonably priced swap.

dguyver ( i think ) had a really nice write up of HOWTO do it, and if you find a katana being parted out, you might pick up the entire front end cheap.
