Borrow your Ignitor??! Suddenly no spark

95 GS 500 experiencing no spark.  The only thing I changed recently was to rotate my modified signal generator back to stock position from +5 degrees to see if it would remedy a slight backfire problem in the carb boot.

bike was having trouble starting... checked spark and it went from an orange/yellow spark to no spark at all now.  continuity seems fine on both coils, signal generator seems fine and in-tact.... could it be the digital ignitor box.... again?  replaced it a year and a half ago when I purchased the bike (not-running) since it had no spark/weak spark then.

Does anyone have a spare ignitor for sale or borrow?!  Please help! I want to ride!
