HELP no spark - NEED PARTS!!! CDI or Generator?!?!?

Spark recently went from weak orange/yellow color to no spark at all.  Fully charged battery, coils have continuity.  The only think I changed recently was adjusting my modified signal generator back to stock position from +5 degrees.... maybe I screwed something up?  Didn't do anything drastic or rough-house it though! 

Originally, bike had no spark when purchased.... replacement CDI fixed that.... less than a year ago though, so could it have gone again?

Does anyone have a CDI/EDU box r signal generator electrics for sale or borrow?  Having trouble diagnosing problem.
