It attaches to the top rear of your helmet and wind blows through it while you are riding.  As the wind blows through, it turns a little "fan" type thing and powers 8 LED lights which flash improving visibility.  I'm gonna get one and try it soon.

The concept is very interesting. Using renewable sources of energy is a great idea  I am not sure how well that might attach to the other makes?

Cheap enough  :thumb: But any blinking lights in most states are illegal for on road use :thumb:

Flashing/Blinking lights esp. Red and Blue are reserved in most areas for emergency use only

Nice find. Thing could be modified to be always on, two stage like riding/braking light, or just left as is. The only thing I don't like is the not working at less than 25 mph.

Suppose you could just wire it up (ya, that means a wire to the helmet) so it comes on with your brake light and skip the fan part.

So.... we'll await your full report on the items quality, brightness, etc ;)

It's GOOD to be the guinea pig ;)

anyone with access to opposable thumbs, the internet, and a soldering iron can change the flashing part.
