There are 2 kinds of GS risers on the market I'm aware of, the GenMars:

and the SW-Motech:

The GenMars are up 1" and back 1 3/8" and the SW-Motech are up 1" and back 1".  I've been using the GenMars for over 100k miles now and wouldn't leave home without them.

If you just want to go up about 3/4" you can put an extra set of bar caps under the bars.  See the Wiki.

Edit to add Pit-Posse risers mentioned below for 1 1/8" up for only $20:

407,400 miles in 30 years for 13,580 miles/year average.  Started riding 7/21/84 and hung up helmet 8/31/14.

Seeing that risers retail for over $100 (:o), I'm sure you'd be very popular if you made a comparable product available to forum members for a lower price.  :icon_rolleyes:

Hi there,
I have a set of the SW Motec risers that I'd like to sell.
They're not my cup of tea.
They are perfect and in original box, with proper bolts.
I paid $100 and will sell them for $80 plus shipping.
They are the 1-inch back, one-inch up model.
Let me know.
Yours,

Exercise instead of risers!!!!!!!!!!  Tell me that with a smile on your face when your 75, almost 76 years old.      Just renewed my driver/mc license last saturday so my GS will remain a threat to all on the road till I'm at least 80.   :thumb:

Hello again,

Despite what guitarking wrote above, the SW Motech risers are really nice, though they cost more.,
Here's the place where I bought them:

http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/2016/101/

As you can see, they sell them for $104.99 plus about $10 shipping.

Read all about them there.
If you are interested in buying them from me, let me know. :)
Best wishes,
