SoCal Riders, i need help! wrenching party?

I just cant get the carb tuned right, and i dont have any guages to get it right. (Also it leaks oil, but i got the seals for that!) Especially if anyone has some guages for synching

I was wondering if maybe 1 or a few of us  here in socal could get together with some tools and do some work   I dont have much, i could offer lunch though, or something.
