july road.. trip gs 500 style

last tuesday afternoon a frend of mine calls me up. road trip time!

Hudson wi to milwakie wi via greenbay.
I rode 410 miles on wedsday crossing wi on the back country roads. saw many cools things. including a emu that got lost in the middle of the hwy meadian. poor guy was lost. and the police were trying to help him. but I think they were a little lost to.


made it to lamboo feild

we toured lambo feild, the grass is better then a gulf cours. we ate at the stadium veiw bar and grill. great food.
then we contued to just north of milwakie for the night.



thursday we rode into milwakie and took the harlydavidson factory tour.

it was ok. they had us on a modofied tour because they were producing the 2009 models. so we did not get to see much.

after that to miller park and had lunch at the tgi fridays in the stadum.
good food and a great veiw of inside the park. the millers were away so we watch the grounds crew cut the grass.

then off to miller brewing co. for the tour and a frew free beers! 

we left milwakie at about 3:30 cought some traffic and of couse I had a few beers so, 2 potty brakes later we were pounding down the miles agean. ran the back roads home 350 miles.
