Thanks guys for the comments, i've done everything to the bike myself, my friend helped me with a couple mods- I think he went to wyotech or something.

Skidmax - My friend I refered to at the top got Yoshi cams for a GSXR and fabricated it for my bike, not exactly sure how, that part was a little over my head, works though, I don't know if he used parts from both or just the GSXR cam.

mm75658 - Its actually a motified g-pack, I guess the ignitions are different with newer models. Tail Light is for a GSXR, but any Suzuki wiring is same, once again major dremel work to get stock female ends out of tail light. And then just made it fit right. Got them from a local shop, but I've seen them on ebay.

DirtyHarry - 4.5 inch Katana Rim with 160 series tire. Handles awesome!

bike looks good, I have one issue is how your frame sliders are installed, I would be worried that instead of taking impact and helping the bike slide (and stay off your leg) it would actually PLANT itself into the ground and flip the bike on impact.

aside that bike looks very nice, I am about to put the katana 4.5 rim with michelin pr2 160, which brand of tire you got on yours..?

kudos man

Cool, i never really thought of the sliders making it flip, I was trying to stay away from cutting the plastic, but I might want to reconsider. I figure anything over 20 mph frame sliders would be useless anyway(maybe i'm wrong), i just dont want to hurt plastic incase of minor fall, but once again I could always change position. Thanks.

Sorry - Sik Dmax.

Yev - I purchased the GSXR pegs from ebay I think under 40 bucks. I then cut off the stock sets, welded on tabs I made and then just bolted the GSXR sets on, it came out perfect and hooked up to the exhaust real nice as well, i am happy about them. I would love to make it all white, it wouldn't be that much to paint the tank and front. :thumb:

And your right tripleb no one can drive here, I get cut off on the daily!

Cool bike.  Sounds like you've put a lot of work into it.

I don't suppose that FTL has bad drivers because of the high population of retired blue haired grandmas?  Just a thought...  :icon_razz:

Thanks KaMeL, yeah I want to upgrade the brakes, woodcraft rear sets, and I found a digital gauge I want, I think the name is Viper. Also today or tomorrow i'm putting in clear gas lines and changing the petcocks. Any suggestions? Chef

The GSXR pegs you installed, from 600 ? 1000? any perticular year ?
