i need the sticker and a title or frame and title pls help.....

Titles go with a specific frame. The sticker with the VIN number are specific to a frame. The same VIN number is stamped in the steering tube.

You will need to get a frame with a title. A model year would help.

In addition, switching stickers with vins, or changing the VIN on a frame is illegal, and in most places I think a felony.

Sticker is made of tin foil. You remove it and its history. The number is in the neck, and carved in there. Frame swap is legal in 99% of the country, a sticker swap is near impossible and a carve job is illegal 100%. Still, many people do carve jobs. Usually you'd never get found.

NY is ghey but there are a couple ways to get a new title, may take a while though.
