So as some of you know, I got hit by an 87 yr old back on May 21, 2008. I just got the bike back today. They straightened out the frame, put a new handlebar on, cleaned out the carbs and fuel system and basically got it running good. I also had it Dyno'd. I also put in a new battery (old one was dead!)

Anyway when I first got the bike I rode was trying to get off 1st gear and found that the clutch is releasing at the end of the movement. I need to adjust that, so how does one do that. I know that the clutch lever is a bit too low for me right now so i need to 'rotate' it up a bit, hope that fixes the clutch friction zone but I dont think so. I also need to adjust the mirrors so I can see them while riding.

The bike is running great though, smooth, almost like new.

So thats the Dyno results. I believe I am running 20, 62.5 and 147.5 but I could be wrong. I guess Im going to have to check my repair log. So tell me if there is any adjustment I should do. It was humid here in Los Angeles today and kinda warm.. They did it this morning around 10am.

The last time I rode it, it seemed to be bogging / leaning at 80mph or so.. was fine below that.. Any way to fix that.. seems it recorrects itself at 100.

Hey there,
A simple search on how to adjust the clutch:

Hi there,
The best way to do this is to:
First, completely slacken the screw-in cable adjuster at the clutch lever by turning the locknut out and then threading the adjuster all the way in to the lever mount. There should be PLENTY of cable slack now at the lever once you do that.
Next, now you adjust that screw adjuster under the engine side cover plate.
Loosen the locknut, then turn the screw in until it just contacts the shaft within, then back it off 1/4 of a turn. Now retighten the locknut while holder the adjuster screw and you are done.
Next, now go ahead and adjust the cable slack at the lever adjuster or at the lower cable adjuster that goes into the top of the crankcase to the clutch lever arm assembly that you just adjusted.
Now your clutch should be properly adjusted.
Good luck,

That jetting curve is spot on, a shade lean at idle, then gets rich and stays rich all the way into the high range. I'd in fact maybe do +1 on mains or 1 #3 under needle, but its beautiful as is. Open the air screw 1/4 turn for winter Maybe.
Cool.

So sorry manjul,
I thought that straight like for AF was 14.6, but its 13 or so ... why is 1 Q, and if you're at that 13, its a rich everywhere ... kinda OK but can nudge a little closer to 14.7, maybe back 1 on mids ...
Cool.
