I've found a couple of cool buell windscreens and wanted to know if you guys think they could be fitted to a GS.  PS - don't bid on them please.

As long as it fits a 7" headlight, I think you could rig something to hold it in place.  (Not sure, but I think Buells are 7" headlight so should be OK).  Anyone else have useful knowledge?

That is a buell blast windscreen ... I have one and know it will fit if you get it with that weird bracket it comes with ...
The thing is actually made of very flexible material ... can curve and straighten a bit quite well ... good luck there.
Cool.

I have a buell X2 on mine, the bump for the gauge on the right, fit right up. I guess i got lucky, $29 shipped w/ all hardware, even fork brakets. They all should fit the same, I ended up just using the 2 L-shaped brackets mounted between the original GS fork brackets for the headlight and the ears that connect the fork to headlight. Seems like it could be easily made. When you get the shield, pm an ill send pics of the bracket. i will be putting a new tach on that i have covered w/ carbon fiber and re-numbered, got to take it off then. You might be able to see in this pic a bit of the mounting.

Now that I look at it again you could just get some angle brackets from lowes or home depot. the 2 screws on the screen go through the bracket, then it has 2 bends to match the ears, one to angle and then one back straight and then top bolt on ear thru the bracket. Buddha's  right that thing flexes a lot and the tension holds it real tight, makes a little noise when the speedo says 100. I dont mind though!

you sure it's a blast?  I thought the same until I looked closely at the one on the left, which they claim is from a blast.

It looks like they're different to me.

deffinitely a blast, that one looks a little flatter than the other, but the same. maybe a different angle of mounting or a diff bike.
