Redhen, did you take the muffler off your bike and install it on the Civic?

I would have the silo picture by now, but weather has been crappy and other obligations.

And no, this a full cat-back system that was already on the car. What was on the bike sold with it.

Next Challenge: Your bike with a Silo.

For the very observant, you'll see that there are EIGHT or NINE silos together in these pictures.  Look through the corner of the wind shield and you can see the outline of the cylinders, with the factory advert board partially covering them.  Wish I got closer but I had to stop in a bus stop on a no-stopping busy main road in Edinburgh (hence the red lines), then had to dash off before two buses arrived.

Now, there's gonna be some "Picture Game Police" who think the silos aren't clear enough.  So, if consensus says that the challenge stands, the next challenge is:

Your bike wearing a medallion.  (No, I don't have one myself.)
Don't use both feet to test the depth of a river.

Statistics are like a bikini - what they reveal can be interesting, but it's what they conceal that really matters.

Silos look good to me.

Of course, there was a road right next to it. You could have gone right next to them, taken a whole series of left to right and down to up photos. Gone to this website http://www.autostitch.net/. Downloaded the software & installed it. Stitched the images together. Discovered you'd need to crop too much to get it right. Go back, take some more photos - from the exact same place otherwise the software will work funny. Come back home. Stitched those new images in to the other images to allow you more area to cut to leave you with a nice looking wideangle pic of the silos up close and personal. Discover, you didn't take the shots from the same place and ended up with ghosting. Go back. Take a whole series of new images to make sure, and stitch those new images together - forgetting the old ones. Crossing your fingers. THEN posting the pic. Something like...

My bike is a tad to the left of the car... see it?  :D (There are five images in this)

But, as they're good enough, no need to  :icon_mrgreen:

Your bike with a medallion. (Pity I don't have pork medallions at home  :flipoff:)

You're right... but its one of those roads that requires a long detour.  Just wasn't possible this morning.  Might stop by again and snap them close up.

Medallion (singular!): pork / lamb / beef, ceiling / floor, or the more tradition medallion from round a neck.

The highlighted shape in the middle of a rug is also known as a medallion. I don't have such a rug.

A PIC OF YOUR BIKE WITH A MEDALLION

unbelievable. I spent 3 hours reading this post, and now that I am ready to play... I have no stinking medallion.
Who would have thought that was gonna be the one. >:(
Debating on whether or not to head out and buy something.
ARRRRGH...

UPDATE:
Screw that. Bikes are supposed to be fun.
I went out on the gs500 and bought a medallion.
I needed some vodka anyways ( I am turning 34 at midnight ).
Uploading now. It was a cold ride, but fun none the less.

I threw this last one in. Its her gs500 that I am here for....even tho I am the one riding it around right now. I told my wife I would buy her a bike if she always wore her helmet, since we are AGATT in my house. maybe I should have worded it differantly.

Anyways I am assuming this will make the cut.
Now she can have a lucky charm in her jacket pocket like the ones that she gave me.

thanks for having me guys/gals. And I am not ussually an attention whore on my birthday, just had a good time reading this thread!

My turn
A PIC OF YOU TAKING A SHOT WITH YOUR BIKE FOR MY BIRTHDAY!  BONUS IF THERE IS MORE THEN ONE BIKE  / PERSON IN THE PIC. HARD ALCOHOL PLEASE :)

mister

Ok. Something went wrong with the images so I made a thumbnail of it...

Your bike with a bottle of hard alcohol.

As I don't drink any alcohol of any kind - home brewed, soft, hard or between - I'm out... unless...

Hey thanks buddy. I was hoping no one else was awake as I experimiented with my first post  :embarrassed: but thanks for the helping hand. I posted, reposted, ets etc, should be good to go.
I'll take a shot for both of us then :)
I'm not a pushy alcomoholic and as track days get closer I may stop the drinkin all together for a bit.
glad it was you I got my first reply from. gonnna get ready for bed and hopefully wake up to some decent replies, rode 20 minutes for that medaliion lol. take care.

mister

I had a look at the image code. What you pasted was actually a Page code for image shack. When a backslash / was added to the code, the page came up with the image on it.

Anyway. Here's the bike w/ bottle of hard alcohol. In fact, you cannot get much more alcohol content than 100%

The guy who used to live across the road from where I used to live, drank this stuff. Then he had an argument with his defacto, made a pile of her clothes in the lounge, poured some on and lit it. The police were attending a car crash a few meters up the road caused by his defacto. When asked what he'd done as smoke came out his window he said he set fire to his house. He was renting. The police took my statement as a text file on floppy disk. He went to the big house. No metho there.

Anyway... Next challenge: your bike at a home brew supply store
