What if the building is a mix? There's a development of commercial buildings my town built without having any businesses lined up but the second and higher floors are apartments as far as I can tell.

Yup that's cool with me, apartments can be occupied, but business must be vacant

We haven't had any major rain in Pittsburgh for a while so this waterfall is as watery as it's going to get.

New Challenge: You on your bike wearing cardboard armor.  (google image "cardboard armor" if you need inspiration)

I figured this hasn't been done for this challenge yet.  :D

Well it's been a week and the cardboard armor rider was a bust. Who makes the next challenge?

:thumb: YOU!  If nobody else gets the picture within 1 week the person that picked it can choose a new one.

If you do the challenge, then you do.
Otherwise (in random order)

* The prior person if the day ended in DAY
* 2 people prior if full moon on a Wednesday
* 3 people back if the date is odd and there is a high tide that day
* 4 people back if the date is even and the day does not end in DAY
* 5 people back if no one cares and a cat picture gets posted
* grumpy cat
