Is the remote fuel tap the on, prime, reserve thing on side of bike?

Yes, that's probably what they're talking about.

Normally we call it the "petcock" here in the states.
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?
