Solo Tail ?

Does any one know how to make a mold from existing fairings or a solo tail in the making? I ask because i am making a tail right now, similar to a duc 748 but not the same, and would make copies for sale when im done if there are any takers. pics tomorrow 

its coming along nice but i think its too tall. ill cut it down tomorrow and post pre and after pics. just the frame up in glass so far. Way too square now,much sanding and back filling w/ kitty hair to get the curves i want. i framed it up with mat board then glassed over top and used my existing fairings as side molds. im putting some vents in w/ mesh as well as choppin my front fender and adding vents to that as well, again pics tomorrow.
