Registration was due in Feb, did not want to pay for some thing that is more of a pile of parts than ridable.  Therefore DMV had me surrender the plates and they put a "junk" title on the papers.  I believe this means now it has a salvage title.

Yes I believe it should be, just that in order to get everything kosher one may need to pay more extra fees to get title all good.  At least it is not stolen.  However means government will get more money, hey that's how they'll pay off the deficit.

Crankshaft is toast, has a bad journal.  Just a small boat anchor now.

I have the main wiring harness left. The one that runs from front of bike to rear through the spine of the frame. If you want it I sell it to you for $20.00 + shipping.
