front brake issues

so... im fixing up my other Gs....

the front brake seems to be all outa whack

the rotor wasnt floating... (i beat it up a bit not with wiggles... but not like my other one)

bled the lines till clear again

new pads

but the caliper seems to be expanding like it should but no letting off the pressure...

what should i check?
