Hi all I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these tires on their GS. I was reading you can put a 120 on the front end, but is that with the stock front end?

Thanks.

GI_JO_NATHAN

Yes you can run a 120 on the stock front. Prolly wouldn't want to unless you were going with a wider rear as well.

Cool. Yeah the only size for these tires are 140/70 and 120/70, the guy at my local shop recommended these. Just wanted to make sure the front would fit.

Thanks.

Standard tires for the DR-Z400SM?  They SHOULD be pretty cool!  :thumb:

Have you installed these tires yet?  I would love to see some pictures and here how they ride.

Just got them today and they look pretty bad ass. Hopefully, if the weather clears up I'll get a chance to put them on tomorrow and take some pics as well.

Well got them on today and went for a short ride. It started raining so hopefully I'll get to break them in this weekend and really test them out. So far they did feel better but then again my back tire was GONE.

A little update.

All I can say about these tires is WOW what a difference! When these tires warm up it feels like a whole different bike. Where I live it's all twisty back roads so these tires are perfect for me. They just seem to hug the road and keep a good line while taking turns. This is my first bike and my confidence level is rising, just want to lean a bit more every time I ride. I'm having so much fun with this bike.  :icon_mrgreen:
