I was going to make this lastnight when i got her home but i didn't feel like uploading all the pics and since i knew there would be pic Buddha Loves Youing (i would too) i waited till today. shes running well im about to go outside and adjest the right float (its High and gave some studer problems lastnight) but other then that shes great and looks 4 BILLION times better

Kat fork EBC pads (fixed my braking problem ((told you it was the pads)))

looks nice.  the burnt orange was a good choice.  now you just need to switch your gauges out for a veypor or the like.

The Buddha

If you shorten the stem - the non spacer method then you would prolly have to push the legs in up into the triples/clipon's ~3/4 inch.If you did spacer method you can leave it @ the stock location. I cant tell if you brake line is too tight especially on the lower 1/2 or not.

Looks nice! I don't agree with you about the original condition of your bike though, I have two purple GSs that look much worse than yours ever did. The purple does grow on you after a while, and with bikes that look like mine, you never have to worry about anyone stealing them...

with the front end jacked up there is still play in the lines from the splitter to the calipers

yes but im a 22 year old male in school right now purple just wasnt working

ya it was fine shape just not a fan of purple at all

dad lost a bet at Xmas so he paid for the orange stuff to get painted. i sanded and painted the frame and wheels myselft (that took forever)

looks great, eerily similar to my own, but a lot nicer paint.   Your metallic orange looks many times better than my Chevy Engine Block Heat Resistant Enamel Orange.
