no, they're different.  f2 is the same as f3

Woodcraft stopped production due to lack of demand.  IF you can find 7 others willing to pay up front for a set, they'll do another run.

CBR900 rearsets will also work if you slightly slot a mount hole, but move the pegs down in addition to back, so I'd avoid those.  I haven't tried F2/F3 rearsets so no idea how they position things.

That's too bad, my Woodcraft rearsets made my gs SOOO much more comfortable, and the linkage shifter makes for quicker, easier shifts.

I haven't setup a linkage shift mechanism on my GS yet.  I don't have a knuckle for the shift shaft, but I do have a shift arm, linkage and peg from my CBR900 woodcraft rearset kit... So far I haven't had a problem shifting, my issue has been more deciding when to downshift, and being horrible at revmatching.

Nearly identical to woodcraft.  I had both for a while.  I think woodcraft are back 2 inches, up one inch.  CBR F2 and F3 are really really close to that.

You can always cheat like I did. http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=48057.20  I used the CBR F2 rearsets, CBR master cylinder, and reservior. GS caliper and line. and used the GS master cylinders linkage for the front link on the shifter. I was in a pinch and said hmmm, lets try it, and Ill be damned, it worked.
Current project:
Mmotos full body kit (YOU DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... READ MY THREAD BOOT STATE UPDATE)
K&N Lunchbox
Buddah's jets
CBR F2 rearsets
Ducati pass pegs (Modified)
Kat rear wheel
Carbon Fiber Exhaust Can, possibly shortened and relocated
And so on......
