Nice leathers though. I'm looking for some pants - how do you like yours?

Although I'm thinking its time to upgrade from la gs... she buzzes at 80 and that's no fun!

'01 GS500. Mods: Katana Shock, Progessive Springs, BobB's V&H  Advancer Clone, JeffD's LED tail lights & LED licence plate bolt running lights, flanders superbike bars, magnet under the bike. Recent mods: Rejet with 20/62.5/145, 3 shims on needle, K&N Lunch box.

The pants are comfy but do get somewhat hot on the warm days.

I like my GS500.  It does have some buzzing at higher revs but still it is a great bike.  It also handles very well since it is so light.

I will consider a new bike for next season.  I am leaning towards Monster 696 for my next bike. (here it is at the bike show from last Dec)

Monster - yea you're gonna be so disappointed.

I'd think in terms of an SV or ninja 650 before the monster.

Does anyone know (besides Mary, of course) what Mary looks like? Some members of this site seem ready to show up on her door step and couldn't identify her in a police line up.

You could try a 18T front sprocket. Cheaper than a Ducati   :D
