I am looking for info on changing a GS500F to a bucket headlamp espaically finding the pieces

Search for F to E conversion.

basically it's just getting the fork brackets, the triangular headlight mounts, and the bucket. 
Try a WTB for the parts in the for sale section and you might get lucky. 
My sig has a write up on my conversion using an F headlight.
