Anyone want a windmill motor?

I was holding onto this for myself, but I sold one of my other motors to a guy and UPS lost the damn thing...I'm trying to cover the debt and get him a refund so he's not hanging on the line waiting for UPS to pay the insurance out.

I'll knock a bit off for a fellow GST'er.  I can get enough parts to build a full decorative or functional mill if interested, but total for that would be around $2000 and freight would be high (bring a truck and trailer and I'll hook you up).
