My signals came apart and was curious as to the procedure to put them back together, they aren't broke, just seperated.  Any suggestions?

My front turn signals are also not working. I tried using different bulbs but its not the bulbs. I don't know what i gotta do to fix this. And also the odometer light...

If its not the bulbs then its the fuse or what?

Id check connections, then fuses,

HOw do you check connections/fuses? i have the manual but it doesnt tell u how to do it..... just the same pic the guy posted above... any advice will be great man.

I dont know where the light fuses are, I assume the bike starts.  I have blown the main line fuse several times, and the relays are around there it think. thats where id start.

if your bike starts, its not the fuse, as the gs only has one.  as for the signal, take off the lense cover.  there is a clip that holds the housing onto the stem, if its missing, you will need another one. I have a few, $1 if u need it

There's only one fuse on a stock GS. A well stocked GS has two, but one is easier to see and a spare, while the one in use is harder to see and near the spare (but under the rubber cover the spare is stuck in). If the fuse blows, nothing happens at all - no lights, bike won't run, etc. Very easy to diagnose.

For the turn signals, there is a flasher relay - bone stock item, any auto parts store should have one (usually cheaper than a motorcycle shop).

To check the connections and wiring, you pull off the seat & plastics and/or open the headlight and identify the connectors associated with particular lights by physical examination of wires and with the aid of this handy diagram, then test with an ohmmeter or other test device. Ground is black/white, what comes out of the light is black, stays black for left side, turns light green at first connector for right side. Turn signal relay gets power from orange, sends power (flashing) to the turn signal switch on light blue. If you apply 12V to the black wire on any turn signal, the light should light. Non-stock signals may (will) have non-stock wire colors. Turn signal indicator is wired between black and green.

the light for my odometer is also not functioning along with my high-beam indicator. for my odometer i'm pretty sure it's the bulb because the other light works (speedometer), however i'm not sure about the high-heam indicator.

same here. My speedometer light is working but the odometer light is not working... I guess mine is the bulb as well.

But the front turn signals are not the bulbs...
