they are not available any longer. Ask around and all the shops will give you the "backordered till..." line but Vance & Hines does not make them, hasnt for a long time.

Sometimes (rarely though) they pop up on ebay and sell for 2x or 3x their original $40 price.

Your best bet though is to take your stock one off and send it to Bob Broussard (do a search for advancer to find posts with his info or check the member list link above) and he'll make you one for the cost of shipping, about $5 (out of the goodness of his heart).
