I just had my carbs rebuilt by a shop where l live, the main issue it was having was that it would die on the freeway occasionally unless it ran on pri.  And it would shut off after idling even when fully warm up,   so i decided to take it a cycle shop. The shop installed new gaskets and needles,etc..  When i rode the bike home I noticed that it pops under acceleration from 2,000-3500 and has a poping noise coming from the carbs?  I'm wondering if thats a air-leak causing it to run lean and misfire...  I took the bike in to get fixed, not to be more f*&Cked up.

Send it to me and send like 45-50 bucks and shipping.
Shops do garbage work unless you drop a thousand or more in crap. They make 200 bucks on a slip on when you buy it, and they make 20-25 when you install it. Ergo, they like your slip on can to fly off down the road. Insane.

So, I'll undo all that they did and set it the way suzuki set the canada bikes ... unless you got pipe and K&N ... Now by contrast Buddha make all his money when crap flies off bikes ... cos buddha deals in other people's junk ...

But they wont fly off till you're riding really fast ...

Cool.

I wish i could send them to you. I'm trying to sell the bike and i have a prospective buyer interested in the bike, i got off the phone with the shop. I explained to him the situation he claims its b/c the mixture screw needs to be turned out to  become rich.  The problem only developed after they worked on it LOL.  He says the needle valves were replaced.  And some needles.  Told me to bring it by and they'll fix it..

In your personal opionion would a lean  mixture cause to pop inside the carbs?

Popping in the carbs under acceleration = lean. However where is it lean ... all over ... and replaced some needles ... does his mom perhaps own a sewing machine ... I am almost sure I can replace the needle in my wife's sewing machine and get your bike to run better ...
Its freaking vague, I know it sounds like a sewing machine doesn't meat it needs to be fixed like one.
