Where in the states are you at?

Alamogordo, New Mexico

Throw it on a truck on your next vacation to florida, I'll get you hooked up brother.

Currently thinking of parting it out, got too much wrong with it to fix now. Not to mention it will still have the usual GS problems. Going to the desert for six months and will figure out what to do with it when I get back. All my money made there will go to bills and my car...so none for the GS.

Little update on me. Came back to the states in july 2011. Barley put 15 miles on the GS after the crash. It ran like dog butt. Haven't put gas or a battery back in it after shipping it back stateside. Think a valve may be bent also. I have been spending all my time and money into rebuilding my Nissan 240sx. Will have to get a different jet kit and a new pet chicken before I try to get it on the road again.

I have kind of lost interested in riding though. So I may not even waste my time and money trying to get it running. May just end up parting it out. I was always frustrated by the hanging idle problem of the GS. If I ever get a bike after this it will be fuel injected.

Yeah I still haven't tried to get it to run. Less than 25 miles on it after a rebuild that cost me over $2,000. Time to part it out and take the huge loss. It don't run and haven't worked on it in over three years. Things are still decent on it just Okinawa weather made it rust a lot. Let me know if you need any parts. Going to take it out of the garage and get pictures and prices soon.
