Another part that clicked for me was the steering. Make sure the bolt and ajusting ring(sorry if  I am using the wrongs words.) This fixed the clicking problem for me.

Hi All

so got it checked out by the mechanic and preformed a 12000 km service. but the noise is still there and they told me that the chain has tight/loose sections and that is what is causing the clicking.

they recommended replacing the chain and sprockets in the spring time, they said it would be fine till then.

So there you have it, they say it's the chain, And they know a lot better than I do, so my question is why does it only click under load ?

thanks for all the help guys, Learning lots.

When under load, the chain is quite tight on top, and quite loose on the bottom.  Tight/loose sections will cause oscillations up and down, causing the chain to hit either the swing-arm or the center stand.  That's my theory, anyway.
