Well i was in a pretty bad crash and my little 07 GS didnt survive, but she's getting rebuilt. One of the problems is that the left front fork casing is cracked.

How could i go about either fixing the crack, or around how much $ would i be looking at to replace?

if you went with dealer parts, it would be expensive. using used parts, it could be done for less than $100, assuming you can do the work yourself.  which side is damaged? caliper side or other side?

craigslist too, there are parts bikes with similar or betterer suspensions on CL frequently. good luck, the dealer will rip you off !
