Neutral light

Ive had my bike for a bit over a year 2008 model.
Just recently i found the neutral light wasnt showinig. Its fine when the bike is cold but as it warms after mbee and hour i can select neutral but no light. When the bike has sat and cooled it works again. Changed the globe with no change.
Any ideas ?

Sounds like a problem with the neutral light switch. Its behind the cover over the front sprocket. Not too hard to get to. From memory you can pull it apart and clean it, but not 100% sure.
