Does anybody know which wiring diagram on the wiki goes to the us 2004 gs500f?

scratch

I don't believe the wiki has been updated for 2004+

Can't post a "copy" of ANYTHING without going to jail and getting chained to some 295 pound child rapist named Mongo.
However, check your Gmail for the attachment of the diagram you requested which I cleaned up a bit and CADed myself so technically, it's not a copy. This way I don't get nailed on a copyright infringement rap and put in a cell for 3 years as Mongo's playmate.
Also. . .
A really good investment is to purchase a Suzuki shop manual from your local dealer. One manual covers all GS500 years and is worth the price.
Suzuki P/N: 99500-34097-03E

If you "do" buy a shop manual, please don't post copies of anything from the manual or you too may end up spending a bit of time in a state penitentiary as an object of Mongo's desire.  :nono:
Glad I could help!

Geez,
I guess this puts my copyright infringement theory in the same boat at the Do Not Modify Under Penalty of Law" warning that goes on the exhaust/intake/emissions control system

Oh well, ya gotta' admit, it was a neat post anyway.
And Jake, now ya' got 3 separate sources for your information.
I'd say that worked out rather well for you!

wow thanks guys!
Thanks to you too.  Your question led me to a complete downloadable service manual that I printed at work today, double-sided and hole punched in a 3-ring binder.   :icon_mrgreen:

Please Tg317,
Check our post-counts, we're noobs.
These are the sort of things we ask.
And you people with the big numbers at GStwin.com always help us out.
Always!  :kiss3:

One caveat is to make sure the diagram is for the bike in your market.  This varies all over the world...assuming it was sold anywhere else.

Actually, or big post counts come from post whoring in odds and ends not actually answering questions LOL just ask YAMA.

Like most members here, we (I) also use lots of other forums for other bikes and other interests. Seeing as how the GStwin.com forum is a tad reserved, once a thread delivers it's initial payload (so to speak), the off-topic stuff frequently ends up being the social meat & potatoes of the thread.
It is at that point that the thread goes from being in "School Library" mode to "Corner Tavern" mode.
i.e. A great place to relax with friends and trade ideas and opinions.
Actually, from what I've seen so far the Topic Police are rather lenient.
And I'm always learning new things here, off topic or not!

Hmm,   "post whoring"
See that, I learned a new term today!

Post Counts ≠ User knowledge.

I've received great advice from users with under 50 posts and indecipherable advice from users with over 10,000. Once you read the forums for a week or two you will start to filter out the users whose advice you can trust.
