The wife (Marilou) and I went down to Orlando for a wedding this weekend and were able to meet Mary (Toogoofy317) for Sunday dinner.  It turns out that our server's name was Mary as well.  So that night will always be "La noche de tres Marias".

Mary rode flick to our hotel and we hopped into the rental car to go to the local Red Lobster.  I've always liked meeting new people but when I told my family that we were meeting someone I had met on the internet, they gave us THAT look.  You know that look as if you about to do something crazy.  But meeting Mary was great.  She is a wonderful person with a great attitude on life.  My wife kept telling her to write a book on her life experiences.

I especially like the doggy-bags strapped to Flick.  Porkchop- very cool of you to meet up with a fellow GSTwiner!  I'll be driving down in August- maybe I'll be able to get my own commemorative picture as well.

Good grief I am sooo white in that picture! You'd think I lived in the UK and not Florida.

I had such an awesome time you and your wife were awesome. I totally enjoyed the conversation and I'm quite sure we could have gone on all night! You'll never believe I got lost on the way home and ended up on this awesome side road where the planes flew over. Thought for sure I was going to get arrested. Oh guess what I saw "Acess Road" really I find it when I don't need it.

Hope to be able to make it up there and visit!
