Well, if you go with the masses, then depending on your religion, your changes of being "right" are as follows:

# primal-indigenous/African Traditional & Diasporic: 6%

If you make no choice or choose to go with logic and reality, then you're in third place with:
# Secular/Nonreligious/Agnostic/Atheist: 16%

nature loves me more than bible thumpers. i can't agree 100% with any one religion, and refuse to let any one religion rule my life. i have engrained beliefs from childhood experiences but became a self aware thinking person not too long ago.

if i find a religion that completely agrees with the belief of:

beer
nature loves me
natural energy of nature and a positive being
god (God/god, jehovah, mooohamed, whoever you call him, he's still HIM)
reincarnation and living through your children again
extra body experiences
ghosts
demons
satan
angels
dolphins cry for our ignorance

then ya, i'll adopt it and learn from it. currently, most of the newer religions are just stupid:

can't drink beer
can't enjoy sex
can't enjoy nature without bowing down to it
can't believe in both creationism and big bang and just-what-if
etc

Jesus of Nazareth absolutely did exist.  He was written about by many prior to the writing of the new testament.  He is as real as Julius Caesar.  He is not a fictional character.

Actually, the story of Jesus' is so old, it was written and told by many LONG, LONG, LONG before Jesus.

He wasn't the first Virgin birth on Dec 25th...  He wasn't the first resurrection...  ALL of these guys were born of a Virgin on Dec 25th:

Horus - Also crucified between two thieves, buried for three days in a tomb, and resurrected (3000 years before the story of Jesus)
Attis - Also crucified on a tree, and resurrected (1500 years before the story of Jesus)
Krishna - Also crucified on a tree between two thieves, his followers called him "Jezeus" "pure essence." (1400 years before)
Heracles - (800 years before)
Mithra - Also buried for three days in a tomb, and resurrected (600 years before)
Buddha - AND it was actually this dude that first said: 'If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also' (600 years before)
Tammuz - (400 years before)
Dionysus - Also crucified on a tree (200 years before)
Adonis - (200 years before)
Bacchus - Also crucified (200 years before)
Prometheus - Also crucified

Do you think Jesus more real or less real than Robin Hood? Robin was written about by many...  Long before that, he was sung about by many...  And long before that, he was talked about by many...  I wonder how many think Robin Hood was real vs Jesus Christ.  I wonder how many think the details of Robin's life were fact vs the life of Jesus.
