which bar ends do I purchase that include the inside piece?

do all of them include the inside part?  the stock piece the bar ends screw into seems to be spot welded into the bars.

They will come out you just need to finesse and wiggle it out. That or pull with all your strength. When i replaced mine one refused to come out, so i pushed it in  . New ones should come with everything you need or just make sure it says include mounting hardware or something like that and doesnt say requires additional parts.

mine came with them but I didn't need them. my bar ends have a plastic cap that supposedly comes off but I couldn't get it and didn't want to tear them up trying so i took that piece out and clamped it on to the bars them-selves, I actually like this way better, seems like a more secure grip.
