Tried to touch up my old sprocket cover and needless to say it looks less than spectacular. Cheapest one I could find was on Ebay for $27, including shipping. Could anyone here give me a better deal?  :D

Thanks!

Tried to touch it up? whats wrong with it? if you find a new one, i need one of those little oval shaped pieces that goes on the sprocket cover. the one that covers the clutch pin adjuster screw.

I stupidly tried to nudge the generator cover off with a screwdriver, and made some ugly marks in the sprocket cover. Today I tried to make the marks less noticeable with a can of spay paint and some 400 grit sandpaper, but it didn't turn out the way I wanted. If I get one I can send you the cover. Such great replies is what makes this site awesome  :)

Haha, I wasn't trying to hi-jack your thread. I just know from looking around on ebay that those two are just about always sold as a pair and it's hard to buy them separately, and I didn't want to pay that much for everything. I just made a temporary one out of sheet metal and spray paitned it.
