SOLD locally on http://pnwriders.com/classifieds/

Here are 2 sets of Tarozzi rear sets they SAY would fit a GS500E - but they don't. Even after sending them photos, they still say they see nothing wrong.
So make me any offer (plus shipping) for all the parts. If you're making your own rear sets, here are 2 sets of pegs and levers. The mounting plates just won't fit.
See photos and diagrams. They are heavy and very strong, but of no use to me and too expensive to ship back to Italy.
Make an offer.

Those monsters were not meant for the modern day GS. Maybe for its big brother; the ol' 1100e(83). Hell it took me 15 minutes to type this because I was trying to make sure that there wasnt any user error going on over there. Or maybe the older 500?  :dunno_black:

I haven't been able to figure out what they fit and Tarozzi won't show a picture of the bike they go on. They are clueless.
anyway, there are lots of bolts, pegs, etc. that someone should be able to use or as spares if they have Tarozzi on some other bike.

Maybe someone can use the pegs for cool passenger pegs.

Otherwise, probably I can get $5 at the local recycling place for the aluminum.

They're neat looking, and if I actually had any money to spend on non-essentials, I'd definitely be willing to take them off your hands and try to make some use of them. Free bump; good luck with the sell.

man, now that I look at that. Are you sure the peg didnt go in that second hole and the mount hole wasnt the bottom?

Look carefully at their parts diagram. You'll see that it has all the wrong parts to connect to the GS500E brake and clutch. And note the way they show it in the diagram. I was not holding the part according to the diagram, but was holding to show that in no way the mounting holes lined up. It came with the peg already assembled to the bracket so there is no chance I put the peg in the wrong hole.

Also note the photo showing the bracket and peg. The hole where the peg goes is not the same as the two mounting holes.
