I presume you're looking for a belly pan for race use, correct?

If so, I'd suggest you buy a used belly pan from any I4 race bike. I built a belly pan for my GS500 based on the pan from a SV650. It worked out okay, but was a little narrow for the GS500 engine. An I4 belly pan should fit fine - just use a dremmel to cut the pan to shape.

You can mount it to the frame easily enough by wrapping a piece of 1mm thick x 1 inch wide aluminum around the frame (creating a hanger), and riveting a strap to the pan. Simply bolt the strap to the hanger at the front. At the rear, you can rivet straps to the footrest mount points.

I've got a few but they're not for racing. As I understand, a racing pan must hold all the oil in a bike in case of a leak. These are decorative.

any chance of shipping to australia adidas?

I have these:

The Gimbel is unpainted and primed. Other one is red (not a Suzuki red) but should be painted to match your bike. Make offer.

Their ads should give an approximate cost of shipping. I'll be out of commission for a couple weeks due to repair of an achilles tendon later this week. If you want one, I would expect quick payment. Too many people promised to pay so I held them and they never paid. I'm to the point of not bothering to try to sell things anymore. Too many flakes.

Update: Tendon surgery today so I won't have the initiative to find, pack & ship so they'll stay wherever they are. Sorry. You'll have to look elsewhere for a belly pan.

Neither of those appear to be race legal... So... Why post in the racers/trackday section?

Yea, I mentioned not race legal. If he wants race legal, then here is where to post. He hasn't said whether for real racing or just for looks. I see the one that is not the Gimbel is sitting on my shipping counter at the office. Someone wanted it then never followed through.

Sorry for not being more clear... I was responding to the OP, who doesn't seem to be looking for a race legal pan. Thumbs up for helping him out. Thumbs down to the OP for posting in the wrong section.

I think I have a spare one...  It will be in rough shape and need some loving though.
