Removing/Replacing Brake Lever

So I saw this diagram...



...it seems removing/replacing the brake lever is as simple as removing one bolt, taking off the old, greasing the new, and replacing.  Is it really that easy, or am I missing something?

That easy - but you circled the wrong bolt.
If your brake lever is not the adjustable type, then there is only 1 bolt so you can't go wrong.
