Weird fuel(?) problem at speed...

I have a goofy issue on my 2009 GS at around 6-7k rpm.  It might be in every gear (hard to tell) but it's VERY obvious in 6th.  It feels mildly like what water in the tank would feel like with the slight hesitations.  It idles smooth, accelerates/decelerates just fine, through all the gears except in 6th around 6-7k.. any other RPM is fine too.  I can't wrap my brain around it.  Anyone have an idea?

Lean carbureted hesistations are more noticeable in higher gears.  Move the needle up a notch.

Is this needle easy to find?  Think it's time I buy and RTFM, heh.

Yeah, the needles are easy to see once you get the carbs apart.

So, if you have a non-US model, or one that has been modified with a Factory Pro kit or Dynojet kit, you can remove the black caps on top of the carbs.  Move the clips down one notch on the needles.  If you have an un-modified US model, remove the caps, pull the needles out and put a #3 or 4 washer under the clip.
