I'm about to install a Koso gauge and want to tap the temperature probes to the banjo bolts holding the oil cooler on... my question is, which is INLET and which is OUTLET?
Have searched and scoured the shop manual but cannot find an answer!  :dunno_black: I could just crank it over with the lines off but that would be too messy!

Thanks!

I remember that I asked this question to a suzuki mecanich and he told me that oil should go this order: 2->1->3 BUT he wasn't sure 100%.

If you were to run the bike at a standstill from cold on a medium throttle, wouldnt the pipe that gets hot first be the inlet to the cooler??....or am I thinking too hard  :dunno_black:

I think thats a great idea, and if its too close for you to tell with your hand, Harbor Freight has infrared thermometers for under $10.  Just point it at each line and you'll get a reading.  I'm always looking for an excuse to go buy a new tool.
