Gone! free parts bike in SF, CA.

I grabbed this bike about a week ago from another forum member .  We hauled it over to my newly acquired garage space .  Well, the guy I'm renting the garage from is getting evicted, so the bike needs to be gone by 3/3/11 .  

It's mostly complete, there's wheels, no front brake caliper , no controls , an engine sans valve cover , a beat up tank without a petcock , a moldy seat , one turn signal , a nice set of bars .  The frame has extra stunting metal welded to it.  No title or registration.

Who wants it?  I've gotta get rid of the whole bike, so no scavengers please .
