Jetting for Mods

O.K. some have been following my threads about building a streetfighter styled 1995 Suzuki GS 500E and I am at the point where I need to re-jet and re-assemble the carbs. I have a good understanding of jetting, especially for 2 strokes but with the mods I have made I am unsure what I need to do to get this close, if anything. With a 2smoke and Dirtbike set up changes can be made quickly and easily, not so much with this bike so I'd like to get it close.

The bike was previously re-jetted for a complete Hinson Exhaust System (For Sale) seen here

I used a Dyno Jet Stage 3 Jetting Kit to jet for this bike. The kit required me to modify (Dril and Plug?) the slides and use there propritarly numbered jets. The bike ran good with this jetting, a bit lean on decel with some popping but nothing unliveable.

I will now be running this Exhust and Open Air Filter and wonder if and how drastic of a re-jet that I'll need?

I was previously running with the stock air box and air filter, never changed it even after jetting for the Hindle. With this open filter I assume I'll need to rejet.

The core is wrapped with HD Steel Wool

If anyone could provide very specific reccomendations, with jetting sizes and numbers, as well as anything else you can think of to aid me in getting this close I would really appreciate it.

Ive talked with Buddah a couple of times but never can fully commit to someone else doing the work, I may have to just bite the bullet and send him the carbs and pray.

Thanks Ryan.
Have you learned the lessons only of those who admired you, and were tender with you, and stood aside for you? Have you not learned great lessons from those who braced themselves against you, and disputed passage with you?

Pray is right ... cos buddha cant deal with DJ ... OK fine, send me 40-50 bucks and we'll see ... I am tempted to Eyeball it and run some off size, like a 135, 137.5 or a 140 and send you a couple on either side for you to swap and decide for yourself. You could do it on the bike if you felt like it.
BTW I can also reassemble my 96 and run your carbs on it and see ... I have K&N and pipe on it for now, and its barely 2-3 hours from running, But I want to badly get the virago, sv and MZ done and out first.
Cool.
