Here's the soon to be bobbed old KZ650 I picked up.  I thought my CB350 was a pig but this thing feels like it is made of lead!  Hopefully it will feel lighter with a hard tail conversion

Oh yea the guy riding it was prolly stopped for riding that fugly POS. Then when the cop saw that it was an 07 marauder he just flipped out and locked up his a$$ and threw away the key.

*peers closer at the pictures* Hold up wait. Look. There's paint on the sheet of printer paper under the kickstand to catch black paint. Look at the fork tubes. There's paint on them except where they go down. And look at the heat wrap on the pipes. There paint spray where they meet the block.

That...that means he didn't paint the parts off the bike. He just sprayed the whole thing where it stood. Does this even qualify as Amateur-Hour?

In theory, it makes the bike breath better...  In reality it causes jetting issues, costs a lot of money, and is covered with cheaply coated chrome that peels up (or in this case it gets rattle can sprayed black)....  IMO they create a lean spot at highway speeds in a narrow range which makes it difficult to compensate for by jetting...

Do you think he would be insulted if I offered him my best offer of... yeah, I'll take it off your hands for only $100 paid to me to cart it away.
