WTB: 98 and up katana wheel / maybe shock too

I'm due for a new rear tire and figured now would be the best time to upgrade to a wider wheel / tire.
Would be nice to have a wheel, with tire and rotor ready to go, but I'm open to options. I'll take the just the wheel if the price is right.

Also looking for a rear shock that would be an easy swap. Let me know what you have.
